What Are The Causes of The Windshield Noise?
The noise is caused by pressurized air in a windshield-molding I channel. When the pressure is strong enough, the air leaks out, causing the molding to vibrate. This noisy condition is more likely to occur when the molding is hot and pliable, typically when the air temperatures exceed 100 F.
